Services: Audio Production

Experience & Expertise

Tandem Studios has been creating quality commercial audio since 1974 and is the South Island’s primary audio and voice production studio for Online / Website Video, Radio Commercials, Voice Over, DVD’s, Audio Post Production, and Music Production & Recording. Our qualified, experienced audio engineers and world-class digital production facilities ensure a high-quality result. Our voice agency has over 200 voices, including a host of international voices. We also offer ADR & Source Connect and Audio Restoration (forensic audio).

Tandem Studios are Podcasting experts. Tandem’s ‘2005 NZ Election Series’ Podcasts were a world first! Since then we have created numerous podcasts for companies such as MiNDFOOD Magazine and SLI Systems. We love podcasts - we can produce yours and manage the publishing through iTunes. We proudly worked with Fairfax Media to produce the award winning podcast, Black Hands, an investigation into the David Bain case. The series has over 3 million downloads and was the number one podcast in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.

Now we're in level 3, we can head back into the studio to record your voiceover. Many of our voiceover artists have access to home studios, so we can record voiceover for your radio ad and online or social media video quickly. We're still offering our virtual/remote service for producing podcasts from home during the COVID-19 lockdown. We can plan, record and edit each episode and help you publish the series on the right channels. We've been producing our own podcast series from home, which you can listen to now - Canterbury Business: The Lowdown.
